The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Asphalt Emulsion Class C-65 B3 Pu/Rc (K1-65) - Cationic Quick-Disintegrating Asphalt Emulsion With A Binder Content Of 65%, Produced From Road Asphalt With Disintegration Index Class 3, Intended For Partial Renovations, Surface Fixations Roads With Traffic Kr-1 To Kr-4 To Three Road Circuits In The Amount Of Approximately 231 Tons. The Order Includes The Supply Of Materials For Three Road Circuits: To The Road And Bridge Circuit No. 1 In Bełżyce - A Total Of 70 Tons: To The Road Circuit No. 2 In Bychawa - A Total Of 95 Tons: To The Road Circuit No. 3 In Garbów - A Total Of 66 Tons: The Ordering Party Has Tanks For An Emulsion With A Capacity Of 4 Tons.2. Successive Deliveries Are Reserved, Within The Time Specified In Point. 4 Swz, As Needed By The Ordering Party, With Loading, Unloading And Transport At The Contractors Expense. The Emulsion Is To Be Delivered In Batches After Each Request Sent Electronically By The Road District Managers In Bełżyce, Bychawa And Garbów. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of The Above-Mentioned Emulsions, May Change, Depending On The Unit Prices Offered, In Relation To The Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantitative And Product Range Specified In The Swz And The Public Procurement Announcement. Failure To Use The Full Quantitative And Assortment Range Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims By The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration According To The Gross Unit Price For 1 Ton Of Emulsion In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimate, Only For The Actual Quantities Of The Delivered Assortment.
