Tourism Ireland Wishes To Enter Into A Contract With A Service Provider For The Provision Of Lan And Voip Support, Maintenance And Upgrade Services. The Requirements Of The Service Are Clearly Defined And Are Based On The Existing Services, With The Addition Of New Services. The Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In The Area Of Supporting An Organisation With Offices In Various Countries Around The World And Have The Ability To Support The Technical Infrastructure As Set Out In The Specification Of Requirements. The Successful Candidate Must Also Be Able To Upgrade And Or Replace The Systems Through The Lifetime Of The Contract In Line With Future Technologies When Required By Tourism Ireland. The Contract Period Will Be For One [1] Year, Subject To Budget, Annual Performance Review, And Other Factors. Tourism Ireland May, At Its Discretion, Opt To Extend Annually For Up To A Further Two [2] Years, Subject To Budget, Annual Performance Review, And Other Factors Up To A Maximum Term Of Three [3] Years.
