2023/271 Supply Of Devices For A Three-Dimensional Nano-Micropositioner For A Tunnel Effect Microscope ( Stm Scanning Tunnel Microscopy) Of The Department Of Inorganic And Organic Chemistry.Two (2) Nano/Micro-Positioning Mechatronic Devices From The Nanometer To Tenths Of A Millimeter. They Must Be Two Units Or Modules:- The First With Bidirectional Control (X And Y Axes For The Width And Depth Dimensions) For The Microelectrodes Of The Stm, Must Have A Resolution Of 1 Nm And Made With Ceramic Materials. The Second Will Have Unidirectional Mobility In The Z Axis, To Regulate The Height, Which Is Where The Focusing Objective Will Be Placed, With A Resolution Of 1 Nm And Based On Piezoelectric Materials. To Control The Three Directions, A Triple Independent Electronic Controller For Each Direction (One Per Module) With Labview Software Libraries, With The 3 Relevant Cables.
