Aab May, By Mutual Agreement With The Adviser, Assign The Adviser To A General Contractor In Connection With The Specific Project. Handing Over Will Take Place After The Disposition Proposal Or Project Proposal Phase Has Been Completed. Phase 2B: Client Consultancy During The Execution Of The Project As A Turnkey Contractor. The Consultants Services Will Be Described In More Detail In The Service Description For Builders Consultancy Ybb19 (Appendix B1), The Tick-Off Form Ybb 19 (Appendix B2) And The Project-Specific Assignment. Phases 2A And 2B Are Options. When A Specific Project Is Awarded, Aab Enters Into A Total Consultancy Agreement With The Consultant For Phase 1 Of Total Consultancy, Cf. Appendix A. If Aab Wins The Project Competition And Then Acquires The Offered Land, Aab Can Choose Phase 2A Or 2B As Options. For Further Information, Please Refer To The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of 2 Years, With The Possibility Of Extension By 12 Months Twice. The Expected Purchase On The Framework Agreement Over 4 Years Is Dkk 25,000,000 Excl. Vat. The Tasks Under The Framework Agreement Are Assigned By Direct Allocation According To A Circular Cascade Model. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation With Pre-Qualification Of Five Applicants. The Applicant/Tenderer Will Be Excluded From Participation In The Tender Procedure If The Applicant/Tenderer Is Covered By The Mandatory Grounds For Exclusion Mentioned In §§ 134A, 135, 136 Of The Public Procurement Act, As Well As Voluntary Grounds For Exclusion Cf. § 137, Subsection 1, Nos. 1-3 And No. 5. Applicants Who Are Covered By One Of These Grounds For Exclusion Can Be Considered By, In Accordance With Section 138 Of The Public Procurement Act On Self-Cleaning, Documenting That The Applicant Is Reliable.
