The Subject Of The Order Includes The Sale And Delivery Of A Pyrotechnic Ambulance With Equipment, The Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Contains The Minimum Requirements For The Pyrotechnic Ambulance And Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer A Pyrotechnic Ambulance And Equipment With Better Technical Or Operational Parameters. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Mazury Air Border Crossing Located At The Olsztyn-Mazury Airport, 12-100 Szymany, To The Place Of Use Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense. 5. The Pyrotechnic Ambulance Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet European Union Standards (Ce Mark) In Terms Of Operational Safety And Exhaust Emission Levels, Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2023, Free From Technical Defects, Unregistered And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Persons Or Entities Third Parties, Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use And Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 6. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2023, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instruction In The Operation Of The Delivered Pyrotechnic Ambulance, Including All Elements Of The Structure, For A Maximum Of 10 Drivers And Pyrotechnicians Designated By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Materials And Persons Competent To Carry It Out.
