The Ordering Party Expects 280 Participants To Participate In The Conference (I.E. 130 Participants In The Conference Room + 150 Participants Online), However, It Is Stipulated That This Number May Change: A) Number Of All Conference Participants: Maximum - 336, Minimum - 224 , B) Online Conference Participants: Maximum - 180, Minimum - 120, C) Stationary Conference Participants: Maximum - 156, Minimum - 104. 2. The Contractor Will Provide Meals, Event Support, Including Technical Support, And Will Be Responsible For Coordinating All Work On The Event And Additional Services (Including: Ensuring Stationary And Online Registration For Participants, Creating A Dedicated Website, Providing Translators, Recruiting Participants, Speakers, Moderators And The Host - The Exact Scope Of Services Described In The Opz).
