The Subject Of The Order Includes The Repair Of Defects In Surfaces - Partial Renovations Using Surface Treatment Technology (Using An Automated Renovator) With Basalt Grits And Emulsion, As Well As Repair Local Surface Irregularities And Ruts With Hot-Applied Mineral-Bituminous Mass In District Roads - The Area Of ​​Konecki County2.2 Description Of The Subject Of The Order2.2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Repairs, Damages (Losses, Potholes) - Partial Renovations - In Bituminous Surfaces In District Roads In The Konecki County Area In 2023, Occurring In The Surfaces After The Winter Period.2.2.2. The Ordering Party Is Unable To Predict The Amount Of Damage (Defects, Potholes) In Bituminous Surfaces Along District Roads (Konecki County). The Price (Cost) Of Repair Specified In The Attached List Of Costs Of Actually Performed Repairs Will Be Used To Calculate The Amount Due. 2.2. 3. Surface Renovations Will Be Performed Using A Specialized Automated Renovation Machine. The Number And Depth Of Defects (Potholes) In The Surface Will Be Determined With The Participation Of Representatives Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The List Of Completed And Calculated Measurements For Individual Roads Will Be A Document Attached To The Acceptance Protocol Of The Completed Renovation Scopes. The Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Partial Renovations Made Using The Surface Consolidation Technology. The Employer Has Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Conditions For Carrying Out The Works And Annex No. 1A To The Siwz Detailed Technical Specification D-05/03/17. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Work Site And Perform It Safely, Bearing In Mind That The Road Section Will Not Be Closed To Traffic During The Works. The Ordering Party Allows For The Settlement Of Completed And Accepted Renovations With Partial Invoices - At The End Of Each Month.
