The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Under The Comprehensive Agreement Of Gas Fuel And Its Distribution For The Needs Of Facilities In The Municipality Of Jerzmanowice-Przeginia For The Year 20252. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Legal Regulations Listed Below: Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law Act, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 15, 2018 On Specific Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuel Trade (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 280, As Amended) And The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1542, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Osd Gas Fuel Tariff, As Well As The Provisions Of The Civil Code, The Provisions Of The Agreement, The Provisions Of The Terms Of Reference And The Rates Included In The Offer Form For A Given Collection Point.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Supply Of Gas Fuel And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services Under A Comprehensive Agreement To The Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - List Of Gas Consumption Points.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - List Of Energy Consumption Points - Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
