Systems Support Services – It Containerization Infrastructure Support. Provision Of Infrastructure Operation Support Services For A Period Of 36 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract. Services Supporting The Monitoring And Versioning Of Applications Serving Critical Business Processes Must Be Operated With High Availability In Line With The Applications. These Services And Their Elements Play A Particularly Important Role In It Services That Are Closely Related To The Basic Activity Of The Bidder. Applications Subject To Services: • Openshift Container Platform As An Orchestration Solution For A Containerized Environment. • Elastic Search: Json-Based Search And Analytics Engine. • Logstash: Data Collection And Log Management Program. • Kibana: Data Visualization Platform. • Search Guard: Additional Security Module For The Elk Stack. • Jenkins: Ci/Cd Software. • Hashicorp Vault: Distributed Encryption And Key Management Software. • Jfrog Artifactory: Software For Storing Binaries And Source Codes. • Jfrog Xray: Software For Checking The Security Of The Elements Stored In Atrifactory. • Postgresql: Relational Database Management System. • Victoria Metrics: Metrics Collection System. • Prometheus: Metric Collection And Time Series Database System. • Grafana: Data Visualization And Monitoring Platform • Thanos: Scalable Metric Collection And Time Series Database System • Apache Kafka As Data Stream Processing System. • Confluent Kafka As A Data Stream Processing System. • Kafka Connect: Distributed Data Integration Framework • Minio: Open Source, Object-Based Storage System. Services To Be Provided Regularly: I.1. Availability A) The Winning Bidder Is Available To The Bidder To Perform Troubleshooting Tasks 24/7 Or 5/8 Based On The Provisions In Chapter 2.2 Of The Technical Description. In Terms Of Availability, No Separate Engineering Hours Can Be Charged. B) The Primary Contact Method Is The Error Reporting System Of Mavir Jira, Which Is Supplemented By A Telephone Inquiry In Critical Situations Based On The Attachment A - Service Annex_V2.Docx. C) The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide A Central Telephone Number On Which The Staff Of The Bidder Can Contact The Staff Of The Winning Bidder During The Above Period. Furthermore, A Management Escalation Telephone Number Must Be Provided If The Above Central Telephone Number Cannot Be Reached By The Bidders Staff. D) At The Procuring Entitys Premises Or Remotely, It Supports The Troubleshooting Of Malfunctions Or Errors That Have Arisen In The Operation Of The Procuring Entitys Systems Listed Above, For Whatever Reason. F) In The Event Of A Software Error, It Provides Support In Contacting The Software Manufacturer And Closely Cooperates With The Manufacturers And Customers Specialists In Correcting The Error, If Necessary, The Location Of The Customers Specialists
