Construction Work – Pyrolysis Plant At Nakskov Rens. Lolland Spildevand A/S (Hereinafter The Client) Wishes To Establish A Pyrolysis Plant At The Nakskov Renseanlæg (Ra), Which Will Treat Sewage Sludge From The Clients Six Treatment Plants, Nakskov Ra, Hunseby Ra, Rødbyhavn Ra, Søllested Ra, Dannemare Ra And Horslunde Ra (Hereinafter The Project ). The Project Includes A Sludge Dewaterer For Dewatering The Sewage Sludge From Nakskov Ra, As Well As A Building That Can Contain Facilities And Installations, As Well As All Surrounding Fortifications And Fencing. The Sewage Sludge From The Other Five Treatment Plants Is Transported By Car To Nakskov For Pyrolysis. The Tendered Turnkey Contract Includes The Following Main Services: - Obtaining Relevant Permits, Licenses And Authority Approvals - Building And Construction - Sludge Supply And Sludge Wastewater - Pyrolysis Plant - Electrical Work - Sro Work. In Addition To The Main Services Described Above, Options Are Included In The Tendered Contract. Reference Is Made To The Tender Notices Section Regarding Options. In The Tender Notice, The Client Has Indicated That The Contract Will Be Entered Into On 17 September 2024. The Client Notes That This Date Only Reflects The Expected Time Of Contract Conclusion. The Tendered Construction Contract Is Offered Without A Pre-Determined Start And End Date, As The Contract Ends When Each Party Has Fulfilled The Obligations Incumbent Upon It Pursuant To The Contract. The End Date Specified In The Tender Notices End Date Field Is The Date Of Expected Time For Final Handover.
