The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Access To The Online Database Of Regulatory Content In The Field Of Electronic Communications, Media, Mail, Radio Spectrum, Digital Economy And Competition Legislation For A Period Of Four (4) Years. Access To The Electronic Data Collection And Analyzes From The Clients Work Area Is Extremely Important For The Client, As All The Clients Employees Who Need This Data In Their Work Have Access To This Type Of Data. The Client Has Access To Data That It Collects And Processes In The Course Of Its Work, But Does Not Have Access To Data That Is Collected For Its Own Purposes By Other Agencies And Relevant Institutions That Operate In The Area Of The Clients Regulatory Powers. The Client Needs Unlimited Access To Regulatory Content In The Field Of Electronic Communications, Media, Mail, Radio Spectrum, Digital Economy And Competition Legislation In Order To Prepare Comparisons In The Approaches Of Regulators In Individual Segments Of Regulation, Which Serves The Client For Better And More Reasoned Decision-Making And The Search For Good Practices That He Can Use Them In His Work. When Working, The Client Often Needs Data Immediately, So That He Can Respond To The Pressures Or Comments And Questions Of The Interested Public, Stakeholders And Ministries And To Adequately Argue His Decisions. Daily Regulatory Content In The Field Of Electronic Communications, Media, Mail, Radio Spectrum, Digital Economy And Competition Legislation Is Of Key Importance In The Clients Work Also For The Reason That, Due To Good Information, The Client Can Compete On An Equal Footing With The Operators That The Client Regulates As Part Of Its Work; And The Clients Decisions Withstand Court Reviews Due To Constant Fresh Information. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Provide At Least One (1) Free Training Per Year For The Client And Its Employees In The Areas Of The Subject Matter Of The Public Procurement.
