Iarnród Éireann (Ié) Through A Single Party Framework Requires The Services Of A Multi-Disciplinary Consultant To Support The The Delivery Of Phase 1 Of The Connect Project. Ié Intends To Procure The Services Of A Multi-Disciplinary Consultant, With Experience And Expertise In Decarbonization, Rail Infrastructure And Railway Systems. To Identify Specific Opportunities, Complete Feasibility Assessments And Prepare Business Case Documentation To Deliver On The Objectives Set Out In “Iarnród Éireann Strategy 2027, Iarnród Éireann Sustainability Strategy 2021-2030, All Island Strategic Rail Review And Rail2050”. The Mdc Will Also Be Required To Provide General Project Management Services, Including Cost Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement As Well As Specialist Consultancy Services.
