The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of A Device For Intraoperative Radiotherapy Based On A Photon Beam For The National Institute Of Oncology. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Following Annexes: 1) Technical Parameters And Price Specifications - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changes To The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract (So-Called Contract Changes Based On Article 455(1)(1) Of The Act) In Relation To The Content Of The Offer On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Was Selected, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In Annex No. 5 To Swz.
