The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For Services To Support The Processing Of Income Verification In Accordance With Section 240 Sgb V, Taking Into Account The Contribution Procedure Principles For Novitas Bkk. This Includes, In Particular, Ensuring The Service Hotline, Processing Digital Mail Including Returns, Support Within The Scope Of The Audit Procedures In Accordance With Section 240 Sgb V As Well As Recording Income In The Cash Register System And Preparing The Notification. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is 12 Months, With The Client Reserving The Right To Extend It Twice By 6 Months Each. The Hourly Effort Is Estimated At Around 5,000 Hours Per Year. A Maximum Of 5,500 Hours Per Year Are Available Under This Framework Agreement. There Is A Minimum Purchase Quantity Of 4,500 Hours Per Year.
