Architectural Advisory Services Restricted Project Management Competition For The Construction Of An Intercommunal Funeral Home In Verchaix (74). The Communaut De Communes Des Montagnes Du Giffre And The Commune Of Verchaix Have Two Respective Projects. The Ccmg Wishes To Build An Intercommunal Funeral Home And The Municipality Of Verchaix To Build A New Cemetery. The Construction Of These Two New Facilities Will Be Carried Out On A Plot Of Land In The Commune, South Of Verchaix On Land Currently Wooded, Which Will Be Partly Ceded To The Ccmg. The Cemetery And The Funeral Home Will Be Placed Side By Side To Benefit From Common Facilities (Parking Lots, Roads, Networks And Green Spaces). The Objective Of Building The Funeral Home Is To Create A Local Site To Receive, Before Or After Burial, Until Cremation Or Burial, The Bodies Of Deceased People, At The Request Of The Family, While Taking Into Account Architectural Issues. , Functional And Energetic Of The Future Building. The Procedure Applied As Part Of This Consultation Is A Restricted Project Management Competition Procedure Which Takes Place In Two Successive Phases. The First Concerns The Selection Of Three Candidates Who Will Be Admitted To Submit An Offer During The Second Phase Of The Competition.
