Note: The Subject Of Procurement Is Co-Financed From The National Mechanism For Recovery And Resilience Based On The Grant Agreement For Projects Financed In The Financial Period 2021-2026, Reference Number Of The Grant Agreement: Npoo.C6.1.R1-I3. 01.0004, Call For Grants Energy Renovation Of Buildings With The Status Of Cultural Property (Reference Number: Npoo.C6.1.R1.I3.01) The Works Are Contracted According To The Turnkey System. Turnkey Means The Obligation Of The Contractor To Build The Object In Question In Accordance With The Principle Of Completeness And Functionality, I.E. To Carry Out The Work And Procure All Materials And Equipment In Accordance With The Construction Contract, Which Is Attached, To The Extent That It Is Necessary To Meet The Conditions Functionality And Integrity. The Cost Estimate Is Attached As A Separate Document In A Non-Standardized Form And Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. The Bidder May Not Change The Descriptions Of The Items Of Procurement Listed In The Bill Of Costs, Nor Add Columns, Nor Change The Content Of The Bill Of Costs In Any Way. The Offered Works Must Fully Satisfy All The Required Conditions From The Description Of The Procurement Item And From The Detailed Specifications Specified In The Cost Estimate And Project Documentation. The Unit Prices Of Each Item Of The Price List And The Total Price Must Be Rounded To Two Decimal Places And Expressed In Eur. The Price Also Includes The Value Of All Replacement Works, All Unforeseen Works And All Surplus Works Required To Complete The Procurement Subject To The Turnkey Principle.
