The Purpose Of The Present Procedure Is The Determination Of A Contractor For A Public Order With The Subject: Implementation Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr Of A Site: Energy Efficiency, Major Repair And Improvement Of The Adjacent Space Of The National University Of St. St. Cyril And Methodius In Upi I, Quarter 73 Under Pup Town Of Topolovgrad, Haskovo Region. The Subject Of The Procedure Concerns The Implementation Of Activities On The Territory Of The National University Of St. St. Cyril And Methodius In Upi I, Quarter 73 Under Pup Town Of Topolovgrad, Haskovo Region. Specific Responsibilities: Exercise Of Construction Supervision: The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Arising From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015. On The Terms And Conditions For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of The Ministry Of Land And Infrastructure Development, Sg No. 14/20.02.2015. And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria. Scope Of The Service: The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Will Be In Volume And Scope, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Relevant By-Laws, Performing At Least The Activities Divided Into Two Main Groups Specified In The Technical Specification. Assistance By The Contracting Party: The Contracting Party Will Provide The Available, Necessary Information And Documentation For The Implementation Of The Service, Information And Assistance During The Implementation Of The Individual Services. Expected Results From The Implementation Of The Order: The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With: • Prepared Technical Passport Of The Construction, For Which He Has Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction Within 30 Calendar Days After The Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works For The Construction And Signing Of The Model Constituent Act #15. • Prepared A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, Within 30 Calendar Days After The Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction And Signing Of The Constitutive Act Model No. 15.
