Qualification Criteria Includes but is not Limited To: Current and Valid Registration with the Exchange and the Fsc Providing Stock Brokerage Services. at Least 10 Years Experience in Successfully Managing at Least Five (5) Ipo and Ofs Processes/Transactions, Private Placements, Bonds, Organizing Offers, and Listing of Shares of Companies on the Exchange. 5.
