Tenders are invited for Survey Services of CEB Southern Distribution Network for Geospatial formation System Mapping. The Central Electricity Board is pleased to invite eligible and qualified Firms of Mauritian Nationals or Entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their best offers through the Government eProcurement System for the Survey Services of CEB Southern Distribution Network for Geospatial Information System Mapping. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2024/7629. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 15 April 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 15 April 2024 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 17 April 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 17 April 2024 as from 13.45 hours. Conference Room 3rd Floor (New Building), CEB Office, Royal Road, Curepipe A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 20 March 2024 at 10.30 hours at CEB Office, 1st Floor, Conference Room, New Building, Angus Road, Vacoas. The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
