Tenders are invited for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of 220 Kv Receiving Substation including 220 Kv, 33kv & 25kv Cabling Work, Complete 25kv Overhead Catenary System Alongwith Switching Station, 33kv Auxiliary Power Distribution System including 33/0.415 Kv Auxiliary Sub-Station (Ass) and Complete Scada System, Electrical and Mechanical Works, Lift & Escalator Works for Part of Main Line, Stations & Kasheli Depot of Mumbai Metro Rail Line 5 Project of Mmrda including 15 Years of Comprehensive Maintenance after 2 Years of Defect Liability and Maintenance Period Tender Security INR 54.30 MN / Freely Convertible currency The Bidder shall submit the Bid Security (EMD) in the following forms: a) INR 1,000,000m (One Million)/ Freely Convertible currency as EMD shall be paid through online payment gateway (i. e. Net-Banking. AND b) Balance Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee should be issued by the issuing bank through SFMS mode Cost of Tender Document INR 10,000 + 18% GST/ Freely Convertible currency The Tender comprises of two Parts, namely Envelope 1 - Technical Package (Packet A - Eligibility & Qualification & Packet B - Technical Bid) and Envelope 2 - Financial Package (Packet C Price Bid), and both parts must be simultaneously submitted online on https://mahatenders.gov.in/nicgep/app on or before 15.00 Hrs of 15th May 2024 (IST). Any tender or modifications to tender received outside e-tendering system will not be considered. The electronic Tendering system would not allow any late submission of bids. The Technical Package (Packet A - Eligibility & Qualification & Packet B - Technical Bid) of the tender (Envelope 1) will be publicly opened online at 15:00 Hrs of 16 th May 2024 in the presence of the Bidders and this could be viewed by the bidders online. The Envelope 2 - Financial Package (Packet C Price Bid) shall remain unopened in the e-tendering system until the second public tender opening for the financial part.
