Procurement Plan for Water Public Transport Stations at multiple locations - 5 pairs (3 in Bhagirathi valley; 2 in Bhilangna valley), ambulance boats, Search And Rescue (SAR) boats, SAR control rooms on shore, Maintenance Set up Floating Jetty) The expected project outcome is sustainable, inclusive, and climate-resilient tourism in Tehri Lake area established. The project will adopt a multi-sector approach tailored to local conditions, under four outputs: (i) climate-smart and inclusive institutional framework and destination management capacity strengthened; (ii) climate-resilient green infrastructure for tourism established; (iii) community- and private sector-led tourism scaled up; and (iv) environmental protection and disaster risk management enhanced.
