Tenders are invited for Turnkey contract for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 66/11KV Substation Renovation and Modernization-Pkg1 Department of Power (DoP), Government of Sikkim (GoS) (hereinafter named by PDS, the Employer) invites online bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Turnkey contract for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 66/11KV Substation Renovation and Modernization-Pkg1 (the Facilities). As a minimum, the Bidders net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. Minimum average annual turnover of INR 42 Crs or USD 5.2 Million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts (Inclusive of taxes and duties) in progress or completed, in the best of 3 years within the last five years. The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN-3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN-4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract (Inclusive of taxes and duties) of INR 7 Crs or USD 0.9 million. Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last seven (7) years and that are similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract (Inclusive of taxes and duties) exceeds INR 35 Crs or USD 4.4 Million. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on the following criteria: a) The scope of the above-mentioned contracts must include design, supply, and installation of new or augmentation of 33 kV or above Voltage class Substations; and b) Scope of works should have been implemented in geographic regions of hilly terrains of altitude above 4500 feet MSL.
