1. The Subject Of The Order Is Replacement Of The Water Supply Network And Renovation Of The Water Treatment Plant In Lubień.2. The Order Includes, Among Others: Construction Of A Branch-Type Water Supply Network And Extensions Along With The Necessary Network Infrastructure On A Section Of Approximately 1.3 Km And Renovation Of The Water Treatment Plant, Including: - Construction Of A New Water Intake Together With The Construction Of The Casing Of The St4 Well With Documentation Of Resources; - Renovation Of The Existing Water Intake Underground Along With The Construction Of A Casing For The Underground Water Intake Of The St3 Well, Including: Dismantling The Existing Concrete Well Casing Shaft And, In Its Place, Installing A Complete Above-Ground Casing Made Of A Steel Base With A Polyester-Glass Laminate Cover And A Well Cover; Construction Of A New Well Water Connections Via The Peø110 Pipeline From The Underground Water Intake With St3 And St4 Wells To The Water Treatment Plant, Including The Necessary Barrier And Distribution Fittings (The Existing Pipeline Connecting The Underground Water Intake Is Intended To Be Decommissioned); Construction Of New Electrical Connections And Cable Lines Supplying The Pumps And Signaling The Opening Of Covers Of Deep Wells Run Parallel To The Above-Mentioned Water Connection; - Installation Of Water Treatment Station Equipment; - Installation Of Hydrophore Tanks; - Installation Of Control And Automation Systems; - Renovation Of The Station Building And The External Platform; - Fencing Of The Underground Water Intake Protection Zone And Fencing Around The Water Supply Station Building, Including The Construction Of Foundations.3. According To The Assumption, The Source Of Water Will Be A Groundwater Intake, Ultimately Consisting Of Two Drilled Wells. 4. A Temporary Water Supply Station Should Be Opened For The Duration Of Renovation Works.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Renovation Of The Water Supply Station Building, Including: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Consisting In Insulating The External Walls, Flat Roof And Replacing Door And Window Joinery (Raising The Parapet On The Gable Walls Is Not Expected); - Related Works With The Finishing Of Rooms, Including Removing Plasters And Making New Ones Along With Painting; - Providing Electrical Power Supply To The Station Building, I.E. Replacing The Existing Electrical Power Supply Of The Building And Providing Emergency Power Supply From A Power Generator, Including: Supplying Power To The Heating, Water Heater, Internal Lighting And External Supply, Supplying Power To The Stations Equipment (Deep Well Pumps, Treated Water Tanks, Backwash Water Settler) And Constructing The Buildings Lightning Protection System; Disassembly Of All Water Supply Station Equipment And Installation Of New Devices Adapted To Automate The Operational Processes Of The Stations Building; Construction Of Foundations For Technological Equipment, I.E. . All Old Foundations For The Devices Should Be Removed And New Foundations Should Be Constructed In Accordance With Point 2.5.3.1 Of The Pt Description And Drawing B3.1; For The Floor Layers, A Concrete Base Should Be Used. 10 Cm (Existing) To Be Completed With C20 (B25) Concrete And Cement Screed. 5 Cm Under The Floors Made Of Stoneware Tiles; Purchase And Installation Of A 30 Kw Generator In A Casing For Outdoor Operation Along With The Construction Of A Stand For The Generator (Drawing Pzt-2); - The Stand For The Power Generator Should Be Made In The Form Of A 15 Mm Thick Concrete Slab Cm (C20 Concrete) On A Sand Bed, Layer Thickness 10 Cm After Compaction; Renovation Of The Rinsing Water Settling Tank; The Scope Of Works Related To The Settling Tank And The Rinsing Water Installation Is Detailed In The Bill Of Quantities, Chapter 1.4; Treated Water Tank: The Elements From Which The Zc Tank Is To Be Made Are Listed In The Legend Of Drawings S-3.8., S-3.9 And S-3.9A; The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Treated Water Tank To Be Made Of Pe100 Rc Material; The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Construction Of A Treated Water Tank In A Cylindrical Form; - Construction Of A Rinsing, Drain And Floor Water Pipeline; - The Designed Pipeline Connecting The Underground Water Intake Of The St3 And St4z Wells Should Be Entirely New. It Should Be Introduced Into The Well Casings On One Side And Connected To The New Installation In The Water Supply Station Building. The Pzt-2 Drawing Shows The Exit Of The New Pipeline At Point No. 12 (Connections Of The St3 And St4 Wells). The Project Does Not Provide For The Installation Of Gate Valves On The Route Of The Connection From The St3 And St4 Underground Water Intake Wells To The Suw; The Pipeline Connecting The Underground Water Intake Well To The Water Treatment Plant Should Be Made Of Pe Pipes Diameter 110 - 90 Mm. Pe Pipes And Pe Fittings Are Connected By Butt Welding; The Suction Pipelines Of The Second Stage Pumps Must Be Equal To The Diameter Of The Suction Inlets Of The Installed Pumps. In The Case Of The Pumps Suggested In The Technical Description, These Are Diameters Of 50 Mm. If A Pump With A Different Suction Port Diameter Is Installed, The Diameter Of The Suction Pipeline Must Be Adjusted Accordingly. The Pumps Can Stand On A Common Frame; Safety Valve Fi 50 Mm Should Be Installed On A Pipeline With A Diameter Of Fi 110 Mm; Electromagnetic Flow Meters: Pr 1 - Should Be Installed On The Raw Water Pipeline - Fi 50 Mm (Drawing No. S-3.2), Pr 2 - Should Be Installed On The Treated Water Pipeline Supplied To The External Water Supply Network - Fi 80 Mm (Drawing No. S-3.7), Pr 3 - Should Be Installed On The Water Pipeline For Rinsing The Filters - Fi 80 Mm - (Drawing No. S-3.4); - Internal Installations Within The Wwtp Should Be Made Of Pvc With Glued Joints; - Air Vents For Filters And Aerators Should Be Used With A Connection Diameter Of 25 Mm. Description Of The Pt And The List In Fig. B-5) Construction Of An External Band Made Of 6 Cm Thick Concrete Paving Stones Made On A Cement-Sand Ballast Along With Renovation Of The External Platform; B) Fencing Of The Station Area, Including, Among Others, : Construction Of A Fence For The Protection Zone Of The Underground Water Intake On Plot No. 60/6 And A Fence Around The Water Supply Station Building On Plot No. 60/5; And Wickets; - The Location And Route Of The New Fence Are Marked In Drawing Pzt-2; - The Existing Fence Is Devastated And Without A Fence Net. A Few Concrete Posts Remain (Scope In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities - Fences); - Entrance Gates (And A Wicket) To The Wwtp Area And The Water Intake Area Should Be Opened Manually According To Pt Fig. B-6; C) Execution Of The Water Supply Network, I.E. Section From W1 To W4; Section From W4 To W5; Section From W5 To W27; Section From W27 To Hp12; Section From W27 To K23 - Pipelines Made Of Polyethylene Pipes With An External Diameter Of 110 Mm And Polyethylene Pipes With An External Diameter Of 90 Mm, Including Works Including: - Execution Of Water Supply Connections From Pe Pressure Pipes With A Diameter Of External 32 Mm; Construction Of Water Supply Connections From Polyethylene Pipes With An External Diameter Of 63 Mm; Execution Of Jacking; Installation Of Above-Ground Fire Hydrants Complete With Gate Valves; Increased Resistance Pipes Should Be Used For The Construction Of The Water Supply Network And Connections, Minimum Double-Layer Pe-Rc Sdr 17; In The Scope Of The Construction Of The Water Supply Network, It Is Planned To Lay A 110 Mm Pipeline And Connections On A Road With A Gravel Surface At The Height Of Buildings No. 35 And No. 40 From W4 Over A Length Of Approx. 45 Meters In Open Trenches, Therefore The Hardening Of The Surface Referred To Point 5.2.5.9 Of The Stwior For The Sanitary Industry Concerns The Reconstruction Of This Crushed Stone Surface On A Municipal Road, After The Works Have Been Performed.6. In Addition, The Following Solutions Should Be Adopted: A) Continuity Of Water Supply During Works At The Wwtp In Lubień Should Be Ensured By Constructing A Temporary Water Supply Station. The Scope Of Works Is Described In Chapter 2Nd Level 113 - 119 Bill Of Quantities For Sanitary Industry Works. Necessary Exclusions From The Operation Of The Suw Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party And The Municipal Utilities Plant In Ośno Lubuskie, At The Stage Of Investment Implementation. No Long-Term Outages Requiring Water Supply Are Expected. If It Is Necessary To Transport Water, This Obligation Will Rest With The Ordering Party; B) The Order Does Not Provide For The Construction Of Hardened Surfaces Other Than The Stand For The Generator; C) The Investor Provides Access To The Suw Station And The Well Via A Dirt Road On Plot 5/2, Along Which It Is Planned To Run A New Pipeline Of 110 Mm Diameter - Along The Above-Mentioned Heavy Equipment Was Already Moving On The Road; D) The Construction Of An Access Road To The Underground Water Intake For The Duration Of Construction Works Is Not Planned; E) The Ordering Party, As The Manager, Ensures Consent To Use The Access Road To The Site Of Construction Works; F) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Cutting Down Trees. If Necessary, The Costs Of Cutting Down Trees Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party.7. The Section Of The Network From The Water Supply Station To W1 Together With Hp1 Has Been Built And Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.8. The Owner Of The Infrastructure, Including The Network And Devices Built As Part Of This Task, Will Be The Ośno Lubuskie Commune.9. Details Of Design Solutions Are Included In The Technical Documentation (Pb, Pzt, Pw, Pt, Geological Works Design, Stwiorb).
