The Subject Of The Order Includes 3 Locations In The Wolbórz Commune. Materials: A. Class I Basalt Grits - Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13043 Standard. Aggregate With Narrow Grain Size Fractions Of 2-5/5-8/4-6.3 And 6.3 Should Be Used For Renovations. -10.B. Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Emulsion With 65% Asphalt Content In Accordance With The Pn-En 13808 Standard. Execution Of Works: A. Preparation Of The Surface For Surface Consolidation: Repairing Surface Defects By Removing Loose Surface Crumbs, Removing Water, Making The Damaged Area Air-Dry, Thoroughly Cleaning The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Area From Loose Grit Grains, Gravel, Sand And Dust, Repairing The Damaged Area By Filling With Riprap Made Of Basalt Grit 6.3 Mm-10 Mm, In An Amount Of 16 - 30 Kg M2 And Emulsion Under Pressure, - Sprinkle The Riprap (Mass) Layer With Basalt Grit 2/4 Or 4/6.3 Mm, Respectively, In An Amount Of 8-12 Kg/M2, B. Cleaning The Existing Surface, C. Double Surface Consolidation With Asphalt Emulsion And Basalt Grits, D. Rolling Of The Spread Layer Of Aggregate. The Base For Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces Should Be Cleaned. The Substrate Surface Should Be Dry And Clean. Each Laid Layer Should Be Sprinkled With Asphalt Emulsion To Ensure Proper Inter-Layer Connection, In The Amount Specified In Knr 2-31, Table 1002, Item 01 And 02. Sprinkling Should Be Done In Advance, Within The Time Allowed For The Water To Evaporate Or The Liquefaction Agent To Evaporate. During The Execution Of The Works, The Following Measurements And Tests Should Be Performed On An Ongoing Basis: - Layer Width, - Layer Evenness, - Transverse Slopes, - Thickness Of Individual Layers, Appearance Of The Layer (It Should Have A Uniform Structure), Layer Compaction, Removal Of Unbound Aggregate.2. The Unit Of Measurement For Works Is 1 M2 Of Repaired Surface, Accurate To Two Decimal Places. 3. The Contractor Of The Works Is Obliged To Properly Mark The Works During Their Execution And Is Responsible For The Safety Of Road Users During The Works.
