The Planned Task Covers Only Part Of The Construction And Installation Works Included In The Building Permit And Technical Documentation. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Following Rooms: On The Ground Floor Of The Building (Floor I): 0.14 - Ballet/Theater Hall0.13 - Corridor0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12 - Sanitary Rooms0.5 - Hall/Gallery First Floor Of The Building (Floor Ii): 1.1 - Mens Toilet1.2 - Womens Toilet1.3 - Utility Room1.4 - Social Room1.5 - Photography Studio1.11 - Corridorin Addition, Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Room 1.15 - Staircase And In The Attic - Room - 2.1 The Following Works Will Be Carried Out: • Demolition Works - Dismantling Partition Walls, Suspended (Full) Ceilings, Cutting Off Plasters And Floors As Well As Floors On The Ground; • Dismantling Works - Dismantling Internal Windows (Skylights At The Ceiling) And Internal Doors; • Construction Of Floors On The Ground And On The Existing Ceiling - Together With With Floors;• Masonry Works - Construction Of Partition Walls;• Insulation Works - Acoustic Insulation Of Walls And Ceilings And Thermal Insulation For Floors On The Ground;• Finishing Works - Leveling Of Floor Levels, Execution Of Plasters And Internal Cladding - According To The Function Of The Rooms;• Assembly Works – Installation Of Internal Door Joinery, Installation Of Elements Of Sanitary Fittings And Toilet Equipment;• Renovation Works – Renovation Of Door Joinery;• Electrical Installations – Construction Of Lighting Installations And Plug Sockets As Well As Telecommunications Installations In The Agreed Scope, Along With Equipment;• Sanitary Installations – Replacement/Reconstruction Water And Sewage Installations, Renovation Of Central Heating Installations, Mechanical Ventilation - Within The Agreed Scope; • Telecommunication Installations - Implementation Of A Smoke Removal System, Installation Of A Logical Network And Cctv Industrial Monitoring - Within The Agreed Scope.2 Detailed Requirements For The Substantive Implementation Of The Task: Construction Works Will Be Performed During Active Facility Of The Municipal Cultural And Sports Center, Therefore The Sequence Of Works At The Interface With The Used Part Of The Building Should Be Agreed With The Director Of The Facility.3.
