The Scope Of Work Includes - Geodetic Staking Of The Road Axis, - Mechanical Or Manual Profiling (Grooving) Of The Existing Road Or Path Crown (If Necessary), - Milling Of The Asphalt Surface - Average Milling Depth Of 3 Cm (If Necessary), - Compaction Of The Existing Road Crown Or Paths, - Height Adjustment Of Wells And Valves, - Laying The Asphalt Layer - Thickness (As Described) After Compaction, - Mechanical Compaction Of The Laid Asphalt Layer (Roller, Compactor). Equipment Requirements - Asphalt Spreader, - Excavator/Backhoe Loader With Bucket Enabling The Construction Of A Trough, - A Self-Unloading Car Or Cars, - A Roller Enabling Proper Compaction Of The Asphalt Mixture, - A Compactor. Material Requirementsthe Mixture To Be Used For The Work Is Ac11s Asphalt Concrete. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit, For A Given Batch, Recipes, Certificates For Materials And Test Results Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Produced In The Paving Plant, Confirmed To Be Consistent With The Original. The Contractor Should Have Equipment Enabling Proper Installation And Compaction Of The Asphalt Mass. Time For Implementation - Up To 3 Months From The Date Conclusion Of The Contract. Description Of The Worksthe Scope Of The Works Includes Marking Out The Road Axis By An Authorized Surveyor. A Geodetic Inventory And The Preparation Of Inventory Maps Are Not Required, Apart From The Geodetic Inventory On Północna Street. Mechanical Profiling (Consolidation) Of The Existing Road Crown Using A Grader, Backhoe Loader, Excavator Or Manually, And Compaction Using A Roller Or Compactor. Carrying Out The Necessary Preparatory Works - Height Adjustment Of The Well And Gate Valves. Cold Milling Of The Asphalt Surface Using A Milling Machine And Transport Of The Cuttings To The Customers Yard At A Distance Of 5 Km. Laying The Asphalt Layer - Thickness, Density And Width - As Described. Additionally, Exits Must Be Made To Each Property And Each Intersecting Road. Each Batch Of Material Must Be Approved For Installation By The Supervision Inspector Or An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office. The Layer Should Be Properly Profiled. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correctness Of The Work Performed. Scope Of Work The Employer Envisages The Following Streets In The Commune To Be Hardened With An Asphalt-Mineral Mixture: Rydzyno Flisacka Street - 400 M Long; 5.5 M Wide And 5 Cm Thick, Which Is 2200 M2, Plus 5% For The Construction Of Intersections And Access Roads From The Renovated Streets To The Properties Located Next To It. There Is 2,310 M2 Of Asphalt Road Surface To Be Constructed. Hardening Of Wronia Street In The Słupno Commune With An Asphalt Mixture. There Are 693 M2 Of Asphalt Road Surfaces To Be Constructed. In Total, 3,003 M2 Of Asphalt Road Surfaces Are To Be Constructed. Settlement Of Works. Settlement Will Be Made After The Works Are Completed And Accepted, Confirmed By The Supervision Inspector Or An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office With An Acceptance Report. A Correctly Completed Acceptance Report Is The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. The Ordering Party Provides For Settlement On The Basis Of Reports And Invoices Submitted No More Than Once A Month.
