The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Construction Of A Multi-Family (24-Family), Two-Staircase Residential Building With A Basement, Along With An Access Road, Parking Spaces, Access Areas, A Yard For Waste Containers And Home Gardens. The Building Is To Be Equipped With Two Elevators (Near Each Staircase) And Photovoltaics - In Accordance With The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Will Design And Implement A Comprehensive Heating System For The Entire Building (Attached To Swz - Pfu). The Source Of Heat And Cold For The Newly Constructed Building Will Be A Glycol-Water Heat Pump With A Minimum Nominal Efficiency Of Energy Production For Heating Purposes Of At Least Cop = 4.5 For Parameters G0/W35 (Originally The Building Was To Be Connected To The Heating Network). Capillary Mats Placed On The Ceiling And Covered With Light Gypsum Plaster Will Be Used To Heat And Cool The Buildings Rooms. Capillary Mats Should Have At Least A 15-Year Manufacturers Warranty, Declaration Of Performance And Ce. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Will Also Have To Take Into Account (On His Own And At His Own Expense) Any Necessary Changes In The Existing Documentation, E.G. In The Electrical Installation (Bathroom Radiators). The Warranty Granted By The Contractor For The Completed Res Project Should Cover At Least A Five-Year, Failure-Free Period Of Operation Of The Res Installation. Electricity, Etc. • Execution Of A Hot Water Installation - A Residential Heating Node Located In The Staircase (Water Heated With Electricity From Photovoltaics), • Installation Of A Complete White Fittings (Including Bathtubs With Casing), • Purchase And Installation Of Electric Cookers (With Oven), • Installation Of Gravity Ventilation And Hybrid Ventilation (Basement Rooms Will Be Gravity Ventilated, While Gravity, Hybrid, Mechanically Supported Ventilation Has Been Designed For Kitchens And Bathrooms, Where 4 Rooms With The Same Purpose Will Be Vertically Connected To One Cable), • Execution Of Connections, Including: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater Drainage, • Installation Of Photovoltaics On A Constructed Facility With A Capacity Of At Least 20 Kw With Panels Placed On The Roof Surface, With Inverter Placed In A Separate Fire-Proof Room In The Basement, • Preparation Of Comprehensive Substantive Documentation (Including Design), Making Necessary Changes To The Existing Documentation And Construction Of A Complete Engine Room Based On Ground Heat Pumps, With A Heating Power Of At Least 80 Kw, • Development Area, Planting And Sowing Lawns, Installation Of Benches, • Installation Of Staircase And Balcony Balustrades, • Lighting Of The Area, Access Road, Parking Spaces, Sidewalks, Garbage Shelter, Fencing Of Home Gardens And Retaining Wall, • Preparing The Necessary Update Or Supplementation Of Substantive Documentation, • Preparing The Facility For Acceptance, • Tidying Up The Construction Site, • Submitting Appropriate Notifications To The Relevant Authorities On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit. The Employers Requirements Regarding Passenger Lifts: 1) The Devices, In Particular, Must Not Have Coding Of Connections Between Components, Technological Or Other Locks - Preventing, If Necessary, The Possibility Of Free Selection Of Alternative Elements, Parts Of The Lift And The Selection Of A Maintenance Person; 2) Spare Parts For The Devices Should Be Available From Several Suppliers;3) Control Devices Are To Be Equipped With Elements Necessary For Maintenance And Repairs;4) The Installed Devices Will Be Equipped With All Accessories Necessary For Proper Operation, Operating And Operating Instructions For The Crane And Service Instructions - All Documents Must Be In The Language Polish Or Translated Into Polish. The Contractor Will, In Particular, Be Obliged To: 1. Obtaining A Conformity Assessment Of Lifts By The Notifying Body (Or With Its Participation) Udt Or Tüf In Accordance With Applicable European Union And National Regulations (In Particular: Directive No. 2014/33/Eu Of The European Parliament Of February 26, 2014 On The Harmonization Of The Laws Of Countries Member States Regarding Lifts And Safety Components For Lifts (Journal Of Laws Of The Eu, Series L. Of 2014, No. 96, Item 251), Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 3, 2016 On Requirements For Lifts And Safety Components For Lifts / Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 811/);2. Performing All Activities Related To The Commissioning And Authorization For Use Of Elevators:3. Submitting Notifications And Obtaining Acceptances Along With Admission To Operation Of Passenger Lifts By The Office Of Technical Inspection, Including Covering Possible Costs, In Particular Those Determined By The Office Of Technical Inspection;4. Preparing As-Built Documentation With All Changes Introduced During Construction Clearly Marked,5. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Operation And Conditions Of Safe Operation Of The Devices;6. Performing All Inspections And Maintenance Works On Lifts Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract, Including Carrying Out Necessary Inspections In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of Lifting Equipment Resulting From The Technical Data Sheets Of The Installed Devices And Regulations Regarding The Operation Of The Lift And The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Inspection, Including In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of October 30, 2018 On The Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Material Handling Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 2176). Carrying Out Inspections And Maintenance Works On The Crane As Above. Also Includes The Costs Of Purchasing Spare Parts For The Crane.
