Tenders Are Invited For Preparing And Serving Hot Meals To Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Contractors Premises In Area No. 2

The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Preparing And Serving Hot Meals And Ensuring Their Consumption For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Contractors Premises Located In Area No. 2, Which Is Specified Below, In The Amount Of Approx. 25 Meals A Day, In The Period From April 1, 2024 . Until March 31, 2025. The Estimated Number Of Meals During The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Approximately 7,500 Meals, I.E. Approximately 25 Meals A Day. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Subject Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Predict The Exact Daily Number Of Meals, Therefore Approximately 25 Meals A Day Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Daily Number Of Lunches Will Change Depending On The Needs, Which The Ordering Party Cannot Predict At The Time Of Order. Requirements Regarding The Premises: 1) The Contractors Catering Premises Must Be Located In Area No. 2, Which Includes The Following Housing Estates: Zacisze, Targówek Mieszkaniowy, Targówek Fabryczny, Utrata And Elsnerów Or Located Closest To These Housing Estates, With Convenient Public Transport From These Housing Estates.2) The Catering Establishment Where Meals Will Be Served Must Be Equipped With An Appropriate Number Of Furniture And Devices That Will Enable The Consumption Of Meals For At Least 10 People At A Time, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Food And Nutrition Safety Regulations, Located Close To Public Transport Stops, Without Architectural Barriers, Equipped With Catering Equipment Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order And A Toilet For Customers.
