Deadline for Submission of Bids: 9 April 2024 at 14:30 hours (IST) Description of items Supply and laying of RCC / DWC pipe of size 300 mm to 1600 mm dia including house connections CCTV Survey of assorted diameter of RCC pipes Construction of manholes Construction of catch pit, gully pit and inspection pit uPVC pipe house connection, 160mm and 200mm Road restoration work etc Open Competitive Bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADBs Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) for the last three (3) financial years: equal to or more than INR 315.00 million Experience in completion of at least one (1) similar type of the following works with a contract value of INR 285.00 million, in the last seven (7) years, before the date of bid submission {OR Experience in completion of at least two (2) similar types of the following works with a contract value of INR 190.00 million, in the last seven (7) years, before the date of bid submission}: o Supply and laying of RCC/DWC pipe of size 300 mm and above 2.3 km. o Road restoration work for 18,000 sqm. o CCTV Survey work of assorted dia of RCC sewer of 2.3 km Must demonstrate availability of financial resources (less its financial obligations for current contract commitments), meets or exceeds the total requirement for the subject contract, as detailed below: o Sole Bidder: INR 40.00 million o For JV: One Partner must meet or exceed INR 16.00 million o For JV: Each Partner must meet or exceed INR 10.00 million o The combined financial resources of the Joint Venture must meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of INR 40.00 million.
