Construction Work – H0740 Efu-10614 Olympic School, Residential Partnership , Turnkey Contract. The Project Comprises The Establishment Of Two Shared Housing Areas (Yard 1 And 2) For Mentally Handicapped Persons With Challenging Behaviour. The Property, Previously The Old Grotting School, Has Been Chosen For Hiking Possibilities And There Will Also Be Screening If Needed. Each Shared Housing Facility Shall Contain 6 Residential Units And One Service Base. Tun 1 Consists Of A New Building In Combination With Alterations To The Oldest School Building From 1952. Tun 2 Will Be Established As A New Building. The Existing Gym Hall Is Currently Used By The Community For Recreation. A Decision Has Therefore Been Made That A Public Playground Shall Be Established. These Works Shall Be Executed Under The Same Contract As The Shared Housing Estate, And The 19Th-Form Of-The-Group Of Trades Is The Generic Term For The Entire Project. The Community And Grendahuset Shall Be Operated By Two Separate Departments In The Municipality, The Agency For Housing Management (Ebf) And The Agency For Buildings And Property (Ebe). The Building Types Have Different User Groups And Shall Be Built According To Different Requirement Specifications, There Are, Thus, Two Separate Function Descriptions Have Been Prepared.
