In This Respect, The Contractor Is Responsible In Particular For The Following Objectives: - Smooth And Risk-Minimized Transfer Of Services To The Contractor Without A Negative Impact On The Clients Business Operations - Avoidance Of Operational And Service Interruptions Or - If The Contractually Necessary Reduction Is Agreed Between The Client And The Contractor - Reduction To An Absolute Minimum - Professional Project And Risk Management - Know-How Transfer With Takeover Of The Respective Services - Successful Implementation Of The Governance Model Of The Organizational And Procedural Interfaces To The Client The Transition Is Carried Out In Several Phases, Each With Verification By The Contractor And Acceptance By The Be Completed By The Client. The Transition Also Includes Technical, Organizational And Procedural Adaptation To The Requirements. This Includes, In Particular, The Creation And Updating Of All Necessary Documentation, Such As Operational Management Manuals And Security Concepts. The Transition Includes All Managed Services (See Above Under Short Description And In Accordance With Section A.I.1 Of The Short Service Description) And The Transfer Of The Cmo (Current Mode Of Operation) Scope Of Services Available Today Or At The Start Of The Transition From The Existing Provider And The Client To The Target Environment Fmo ( Future Mode Of Operation) Of The Contractor. The Cmos Documentation Is Largely Or Fundamentally Given, But There May Be Gaps In Certain Areas That Can Arise In In-House Operation (1St Generation) And Operation By An It Service Provider (2Nd/3Rd Generation) In The Event Of System Changes Or System Expansion Over A Longer Period Of Time .
