P - Nursing Assistant Training E - Successful Support A - Training And K - Career S - Start The Central Objective Of This Measure Is To Comprehensively Support And Coach Young People Who Have Multiple Support Needs During The One-Year Nursing Assistant Training At The Hochtaunus Clinics. The Following Specific Goals Should Be Achieved: 1. Successful Completion Of The Training; 2. Seamless Transition To Working As A Nursing Assistant; 3. Transition To Training To Become A Health And Nursing Worker. Overall, The Measure Aims To Offer Each Individual Trainee Individual Development Opportunities And Thus Enable Them To Successfully And Self-Determinedly Pursue Their Path In The Nursing Industry. The Necessary Skills That Ensure Sound Training Should Be Achieved. This Includes Technical And Methodological Skills, Social Skills And Personnel Skills. The Overall Measure Begins On June 1St, 2024 And Ends On May 31St, 2026. It Ends Without The Need For Termination. Eight Participant Places Will Be Offered. The Client Guarantees Remuneration For At Least Six Participants. The Hochtaunuskreis Reserves The Right To Extend The Overall Duration Of The Measure Beyond May 31, 2026 For A Further 24 Months Under The Conditions Of This Tender (Repetition With New Participants In An Individual Extension). In Addition, The Number Of Intervention Places Can Be Increased By Up To 75% At Any Time By Mutual Agreement Under The Conditions Of This Call For Proposals.
