Particle Accelerators Design, Production And Testing Of Expansion Joints For Cryogenic Tubing Of Sis100 Interconnections And End Caps. As Part Of The Procurement Process Technical Design, Production, Cleaning, Testing, Documentation, Packaging And Shipment Of Stainless-Steel Pipe Expansion Joints Are To Be Commissioned. The Total Quantity Of 645 Expansion Joints Distributes On 6 Different Types, Distinguishing In Nominal Diameters (Dn32, Dn50, Dn100), Installation Length And Compen-Sation Capabilities. The Components Shall Be Designed For Operation At Pt = 20 Bar For Conduction Of Liquid And Gaseous Helium At Low Temperatures Down To -269 C. The Components Are Planned For 30 Years Of Operation In Pressurised Cryogenic Process Lines Within The Heavy Ion Accelerator Sis100 Of The International Fair-Project In Darmstadt, Germany. Parts Of The Delivery Are The Components As Well As All Required Documentation In Terms Of Ce, Especially The Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/Eu And The Ad2000.
