The Province Of Flevoland Is Working On The Civil Service Craftsmanship Programme. The Aim Of This Program Is To Make Employees Aware Of And Support Them In The Performance Of Their Role And Profession As A Government Employee. Areas Of Focus Such As Integrity, Participation In The Network Society And Corporate Identity, Diversity And Inclusion, Openness And Transparency, Decision-Making And Participation. An Official Working Group Is Working On Developing A Civil Service Professionalism Program In Which All Areas Of Interest Are Included In A Learning Path. To Do This, They Use Existing Information Sources And Learning Modules/Workshops. But In Addition To This Partly Traditional Offering, There Is A Need For New Learning Methods And Interventions That Have Been Developed With And Use Modern Ict Resources And Educational Techniques. We Are Also Working On The Design And Implementation Of A New Learning Management System Plusport, With Which We Can Unlock Learning Interventions And Process Them Administratively. In Addition To The Civil Service Program, We Have Various E-Learning Courses On Our Intranet Page That We Need To Update And That We Want To Replace. These E-Learning Courses Cover Basic Knowledge Such As The Good Conversation (Performance Review) And The P&C Cycle. We Want To Offer The New E-Learning Courses Via Our Lms (Plusport). Designing And Developing 5 To 10 New E-Learning Courses.
