Quotation are invited for Engagement of Technical Agency to Support E-Content revision /Software revision for Climate Change Reference Centre-Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Engagement of Technical Agency to Support E-Content Revision /Software Revision for Climate Change Reference Centre-Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Rfq Nr. 83460517 Background: Giz, on Behalf of German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (Bmz), has Partnered with Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change (Moefcc) in Implementing Indo- German Technical Cooperation Project Titled Climate Adaptation, Resilience and Climate Finance in Rural India (Cafri Ii) the Overall Aim of this Project is to Support Partners in Reducing Climate Change Risks for Vulnerable Target Groups, Particularly Women and Sectors, Capacity Building of Actors (Different Levels) in the Planning, Implementation & Financing of Climate Adaptation Initiatives and Knowledge Management & Networking for Exchange of Information Related to Adaptation at the State Level. Cafri Ii is a Continuation of the Previous Phase of Cafri-Moefcc Project, Which Supported the State Of Himachal Pradesh in Strengthening Information Exchange on Climate Change, and Coordination Among Relevant Stakeholders at State Level. For Supporting the Information and Knowledge Exchange a Climate Change Reference Centre (Ccrc) was Conceptualized and Setup in Himachal Pradesh. The Reference Centre is a Physical Space at Dest&Cc Which is Equipped with Smart Tvs and Digital Kiosks That Support Learning on Climate Change for Stakeholders at the State and National Level. The Ccrc is A One-Stop-Platform to Gain Knowledge about Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, its Approaches Through Interactive Web-Based Learnings Etc. And Act as a Digital Repository for Climate Change Knowledge and References at Regional, National, and International Level. An Outline of Content to be Displayed at Ccrc has been Developed (Details Given Further). Now under Cafri-Ii, the Focus is on The Operationalization of the Software/Content of the Ccrc. In this Context the Objective of this Assignment is to Create/Update Content and Software for the Ccrc Based on the Content Outline.
