1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces (Surface Consolidation Using A Mixture Of Asphalt Emulsion And Grits) Of Roads In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune. Road Renovation Will Be Carried Out Using Patcher Road Repairers. The Order Covers The Delivery And Installation Of An Emulsion-Grit Mixture On Roads In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune (In Damaged Places) In An Estimated Amount Of 350 Tons, With The Proviso That The Amount Of The Mixture To Be Incorporated May Be Reduced By No More Than 20%. Settlement Between The Parties Will Be Made For The Actual Amount Of The Incorporated Mixture.1.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Employers Guidelines - Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Detailed Technical Specification - Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Bills Of Quantities (Attached As An Aid) 1.3. The Specification Of The Order Conditions Consists Not Only Of The Main Descriptive Part, But Also Of All Its Annexes, Including The Draft Contract Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Covered By The Subject Of This Procedure.1.4. The Bills Of Quantities Are Attached As A Guide, They Can Only Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Further Calculations When Calculating The Offer Price, While The Contractor Estimates The Offer Price Based On His Own Measurement Calculation.1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Valuation Based On Technical Knowledge, Design Documentation, And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All Necessary Construction Works To Complete The Investment In Question.1.6. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documents, Including Swz And Annexes, As Well As The Recommendations Of The Employer/Investors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.1.7. The Remuneration For A Tonne Of The Mixture Is A Lump Sum And Its Scope Includes All The Elements Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.5. Warrantythe Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: - A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Last Batch Of The Order.
