The Order Provides For The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kitchen Area In The Building Of Dps Ostoja Located At Ul. Kozielska 1 In Sośnicowice. The Palace With The Park Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments In The Silesian Voivodeship Under Number A/671/2020. The Ordering Party Has A Valid Permit From The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Work On The Monument, As Well As A Decision On The Construction Permit. The Investment Includes The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kitchen Facilities, Warehouses And The Corridor, Adapting The Layout Of Functions To The Applicable Regulations. The Technological Line Of The Kitchen Part Will Be Modernized Along With The Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery. The Scope Of Works Regarding Reconstruction, Renovation And Modernization Works Is Dictated By The Liquidation Of The Existing Coal Furnace And The Replacement Of Mechanical Ventilation And Adaptation Of The Facility To The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Basic Purpose Of The Rooms Remains Unchanged. An Important Change Is The Introduction Of A Fan Room In Part Of The Former Vegetable Processing Room And A Change In The Location Of The Social Room With A Cloakroom. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation System With Heat Recovery And Disassembly Of The Existing One; - Disassembly Of Two Windows In The Designed Fan Room In Order To Install An Intake And Exhaust Vent. In Place Of The Existing Windows, After Installing The Intake And Exhaust Ducts, It Is Planned To Install Two Rectangular Windows, As A Reconstruction Of The Lower Quarters Of The Existing Windows, Identical In Form, Material And Color - In Accordance With The Drawings. Walling Up The Remaining Part Of The Window Openings After Installation Of The Installation, Maintaining The Arched Shape Of The Window Recess Without Any Changes; - Dismantling The Existing Container With Motors And Fans At The Window Of The Kitchen Area; Bricking Up Openings After Installations;- Dismantling All Internal Installations (Except For Central Heating Installations) Running On Walls And Ceilings - In Accordance With Industry Designs;- Dismantling Of The Coal Kitchen;- Liquidation Of Existing Partition Walls;- Construction Of New Partition Walls, In Accordance With The Design;- Demolition Of Existing Floors In Kitchen Rooms And Partially In Warehouse Rooms (1 Storage Room); - Modernization Of Existing Floors In Warehouse Rooms, Enabling The Installation Of New Insulating And Finishing Layers; - Construction Of New Internal Installations: Hot And Cold Water, Sanitary And Sewage, Electricity - In Accordance With Industry Designs; - Removal Of Wall Plasters Within The Warehouses And The Planned Social Room With A Cloakroom, Disinfection Of Walls For The Possible Presence Of Fungi And Molds; - Removal Of Existing Wall Tiles; - Removal Of All Old, Damaged Plasters; - Making Holes In The Walls, In Accordance With With A Design Drawing, Due To The Need To Run Mechanical Ventilation System Cables; - Widening One Of The Passage Openings In The Load-Bearing/Structural Wall; - Dismantling And Replacing Worn-Out Internal Doors, Adapting Their Type To The Purpose Of Individual Rooms; - Making Local Drillings For Installation Of The Installation ;- Installation Of A Power Generator For The Backup Power Supply Of The Kitchen Area And Accompanying Rooms On The Facility. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Obtaining All Permits, Opinions And Arrangements. Taking Into Account The Location Of The Construction Site In An Active Public Utility Facility, The Contractor Will Fence The Construction Site In Such A Way As To Prevent Third Parties From Accessing The Work Area And Ensure Complete Safety Of Employees At The Active Facility. In Addition, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Organization And Execution Of Works So That They Interfere As Little As Possible With The Activities Carried Out In The Facility. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Design Company Hanna Wiak-Marzec Pracownia Konserwatorska I Projektowa. The Main Scope Of Works, The Method Of Their Execution And The Quality Requirements For The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Construction Designs, Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And An Attached Auxiliary Element - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
