The Order Provides For The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kitchen Area In The Building Of Dps Ostoja Located At Ul. Kozielska 1 In Sośnicowice. The Palace With The Park Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments In The Silesian Voivodeship Under Number A/671/2020. The Ordering Party Has A Valid Permit From The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Work On The Monument, As Well As A Decision On The Construction Permit. The Investment Includes The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kitchen Facilities, Warehouses And The Corridor, Adapting The Layout Of Functions To The Applicable Regulations. The Technological Line Of The Kitchen Part Will Be Modernized Along With The Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery. The Scope Of Works Regarding Reconstruction, Renovation And Modernization Works Is Dictated By The Liquidation Of The Existing Coal Furnace And The Replacement Of Mechanical Ventilation And Adaptation Of The Facility To The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Basic Purpose Of The Rooms Remains Unchanged. An Important Change Is The Introduction Of A Fan Room In Part Of The Former Vegetable Processing Room And A Change In The Location Of The Social Room With A Cloakroom. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation System With Heat Recovery And Disassembly Of The Existing One; - Disassembly Of Two Windows In The Designed Fan Room In Order To Install An Intake And Exhaust Vent. In Place Of The Existing Windows, After Installing The Intake And Exhaust Ducts, It Is Planned To Install Two Rectangular Windows, As A Reconstruction Of The Lower Quarters Of The Existing Windows, Identical In Form, Material And Color - In Accordance With The Drawings.
