Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Investment Is A Single-Story, Public Utility Building Without A Basement - A Village Community Center, Located In Darskowo, Commune. Złocieniec On Plot No. 131 Within The Geodetic Area 0049 Darskowo. The Building Was Constructed Using Traditional Brick Technology, Founded Directly On The Ground Using Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Covered With A Flat Single-Pitch Roof With A Steel Structure, Covered With Roofing Felt. The Renovation Includes Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building In Question, I.E. Insulating The External Walls Of The Building Along With The Colors Of The Facade, Insulating The Flat Roof Along With Replacing The Covering And Replacing Part Of The Window Frames, Replacing The Heat Source, As Well As Internal Reconstruction Consisting In The Construction Of Partition Walls In Order To Obtain New Functionality Of The Rooms.
