The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As The Assistant To The Director Of The Health Care Team In Sucha Beskidzka In The Scope Of Control, Monitoring And Supervision Of Processes Affecting The Proper Functioning Of The Management Control And Risk Management Policy, And In Particular: 1) Development Of An Action Plan For A Given Year Together With The Director Of The Team Or His Authorized Deputy, Conducting Risk Analysis For The Business Plan Together With The Heads Of Organizational Units,2) Developing And Updating Documents Necessary For The Operation Of The Management Control System,3) Preparing And Developing A Survey For Self-Assessment Of Management Control And Presenting It To The Team Director Or His Authorized Deputy,4 ) Preparing A Report On The Activity Plan And Submitting It For Approval To The Team Director Or His Authorized Deputy, 5) Preparing A Statement On The Control Status For A Given Year And Presenting It To The Team Director Or His Authorized Deputy, 6) Collecting Information On The Results Of Risk Analysis Identification And On The Actions Taken Remedial Actions In The Ordering Partys Organizational Units.7) Carrying Out Verification Activities Or Inspections Regarding The Operation Of Processes In The Areas Of Operation Of The Team Indicated By The Ordering Party, Including The Financial Management Of The Team,8) Preparing A Report On The Inspection Referred To In Point 7, Along With Conclusions And Recommendations For Corrective Actions, And Submitting It For Approval To The Team Director Or His Authorized Deputy, 9) Close Cooperation With The Team Director Or His Authorized Deputy In The Scope Of Undertaking Management Activities, Improving Or Monitoring The Implementation Of Processes As Part Of The Functioning Of Management Control.
