Facilities Management Services – 24Cnserv01-Service Concession Relating To The Provision, Installation, Maintenance And Operation Of Advertising Passenger Shelters As Well As The Provision Of Associated Services. The Subject Of This Consultation Is Therefore A Service Concession Contract, Within The Meaning Of Articles L. 1121-2 To 4 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Granting Authority Therefore Transfers To The Concessionaire All The Risks Of Charges And Revenues Linked To Its Execution. This Contract Covers The Provision, Installation, Maintenance And Operation Of Advertising Passenger Shelters As Well As The Provision Of Associated Services. As Of October 31, 2023, The Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis Has 812 Passenger Shelters Dedicated To The Public Transport Of People On Its Territory Which Covers 12 Municipalities: 376 Are Advertising Passenger Shelters, Owned By The Current Holder Of The Furniture Market, The Renewal Of Which Is Subject To This Concession. It Is Specified That Some Of These Shelters Are Double, 4 Of Which Are In One Piece. Thus By Counting A Double Shelter As A Single And Indivisible One To Facilitate The Counting And In This Case The Total Is 364 Pieces Of Furniture Distributed As Follows: 339 Single Shelters, 16 Double Shelters And 9 Awning Shelters; 436 Are Non-Advertising Passenger Shelters Which It Owns And Are Not Part Of This Contract. The Concessionaire Ensures The Management Of The Concessioned Service Which Therefore Includes The Renewal Of All Advertising Passenger Shelters, The Operation Of Advertising Spaces And Associated Services. The Method For Calculating The Estimate Appears In Article 3.2 Of The Consultation Regulations.
