Work Detail
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Open-Air And Traffic System Planning. Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With §§ 38 Ff. Hoai And Traffic Facilities In Accordance With §§ 45 Ff. Hoai, Service Phases 1-8, For The Construction Project To Create Accommodation In The Gäubodenkaserne Feldkirchen. In The Gäubodenkaserne Feldkirchen There Is A Need For Around 355 Individual Accommodations With Individual Bathroom Cells, As Well As Several Shared Accommodations. There Is Also A Need For A Number Of Functional Rooms For The Company. The Accommodation And Functional Rooms Are Housed In The Listed Buildings In Buildings 4I-6Ii (Snake Building) And 8-11 (Comb Building). The Two-Story Buildings With A Basement Were Built In Solid Construction Between 1936 And 1938. Overall, The Appearance Of The Existing Buildings Should Be Largely Retained. The Floor Plan, The Room Orientation, The Corridor Layout And The High-Quality Materials Were Used And Varied Many Times In The Barracks Buildings In The 1930S According To The Guidelines Of The Army Construction Administration. The Uniform Design Of The Stairwells And Hallways Is Particularly Characterized By The Use Of Solnhofer Panels As Floor Coverings And As Half-Height Wall Cladding In The Hallways. Also Distinctive Are The Mostly Floor-To-Ceiling Room Doors With Skylights And Chamfered Reveals, The Segment-Arched Wood-Glass Door Elements At The Ends Of The Hallways Or The Reinforced Concrete Ribbed Ceilings That Are Left Visible And The Stairs Made Of Solid Block Steps Made Of Bavarian Forest Granite With Forged Metal Balustrades In The Stairwells. In Accordance With The Specifications And Requirements Of The State Office For Monument Preservation, The Planning Follows The Premise Of Leaving The Characteristic Design Of The Traffic Routes As Unchanged As Possible And Making Necessary Changes Only Within The Rooms And Service Rooms. To Implement The Spatial Program, Rooms Are Divided, Partition Walls Are Demolished And Individual Bathroom Cells Are Installed. The Construction Project Will Be Divided Into 5 Construction Phases. In Addition, Accessibility Should Be Improved By Optimizing Access Situations And Additional Ramps. According To An Existing Fire Protection Concept, Fire Protection Upgrades Are Also Required. After The Work In The Building, The Outdoor Facilities And Traffic Systems Will Then Be Renovated Or Renewed. In Addition To The Functional Requirements (Parking Spaces, Paths, Streets, Lounge Areas), The Main Focus Is On Ecological Qualities (Permeable Surfaces, Extensive Species-Rich Greenery, Tree Planting, Nesting Opportunities And Insect-Friendly Lighting) And Integration Into The Listed Environment.
