The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For The Road Infrastructure Agency To Identify A Contractor And Conclude A Contract With Him, For The Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Construction Part And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Site, With The Aim Of Strengthening And Restoring The Compromised Section, With A View To Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Object, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. 1.1. Brief Description: The Compromised Section Is Located At Km 19+800 On The Left In The Direction Of The Mileage Of Road Iii-1403, And The Section Is Situationally On The Right. On The Left Side, In The Direction Of The Mileage, A Section With A Length Of Approximately 200M Has Been Destroyed And Collapsed Almost The Entire Embankment, And An Increase In The Depth To The Roadway Is Observed, Namely The Section From 19+702 To 19+902; The Road Banquette Is Collapsed Along The Length Of The Section, Underlined At The Ends; The Stakes Of The Installed Spo In The Section Of The Destroyed Banquette Are In The Air, Being Attached Only To The End Rails, An Increase In The Section Is Observed; In The Section, A One-Sided Transverse Slope To The Gully Is Observed, In Which The Removal Of Surface Water Forms Serious Erosion Processes That Help To Deepen The Landslide; On The Roadway, There Is A Deepening Of The Single And Network-Like Cracks, And Landslides Of The Pavement, Which Continued Along The Length Of The Road, Along The Increasing And Decreasing Mileage Of The Section, Which Lead To Aggravation Given The Current Winter Season And The Expected New Precipitation; Trees From The Escarpment Have Been Uprooted And Carried Down Into The Gully, Existing Old Concrete Power Poles Have Been Toppled And Tilted Into The Gully. 3.2.
