The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Also Dps) Is Locking Systems And Devices, As Well As The Delivery Of Related Services To The Customers Of Hansel Oy (Hereinafter Hansel). The Object Of Dps Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Attachments, Especially In Appendix 1 Object Of Dps. The Focus Of Dps Is Locking Systems And Devices, As Well As The Delivery Of Related Services. The Following Products Can Be Purchased At Dps: • Electromechanical Locking Systems; • Mechanical Locking Systems; • Locking Components; • Additional Devices And Accessories That Are Permanently Connected To The Above-Mentioned Locking Systems And Devices And Serve Their Purpose. The Product-Related Services Targeted By Dps Are The Following: • Consulting And Planning Service; • Installation Services; • Documentation Services; • Warranty Service; • Repair Maintenance Service; • Advance Maintenance Service; • Operational Training And Additional Training; • Master User Services Of The Electromechanical Locking System; And • Key Storage Service And Key Management Service. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply To Participate In It. The Dps Is Valid Until January 31, 2027, Unless It Is Terminated Earlier. Hansel Oys Customers Make Procurements Among Candidates Approved For Dps Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Which Can Be Scheduled For The Duration Of Dpss Entire Procurement Phase. The Acquisition Phase Of Dps Begins After The Establishment Phase On February 1, 2021, Unless Otherwise Determined By The Extension Of The Establishment Phase, And Ends When The Dps Expires On January 31, 2027. Hansel Has The Right To Suspend The Dynamic Procurement System During Its Validity. Procurement Contracts Must Be Concluded Before The End Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Procurement Contracts Can Be Valid Until January 31, 2027 At Most. Purchases (Orders) Based On The Procurement Contract Can Be Made Before The End Of The Procurement Contract. Deliveries Based On Orders Must Be Delivered No Later Than Six (6) Months After The End Of The Procurement Contract. However, The Procurement Contract Can Be Valid Until January 31, 2035 At The Most, Insofar As Services Subject To This Dynamic Procurement System, Such As Locking System Repair And Maintenance Services Or Advance Maintenance Services, Are Procured For The Products Subject To The Dynamic Procurement System. A Procurement Contract For The Provision Of The Services Referred To In This Paragraph Must Be Concluded Before The End Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Scope Of Dps The Estimated Total Value Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is A Maximum Of 20,500,000 Euros (Without Vat). The Number Is A Non-Binding Estimate.
