These Assets Are Essential To The Safe And Efficient Operation Of The State Highway Network. This Is A 5 Year Contract (4 Years + 1) Commencing 1 July 2024. The Scope Of The New Contract Includes The Following Services: Planned Preventative/Scheduled Maintenance On Its Assets; Reactive Its Fault Investigation And Resolution On A 24 By 7 Basis; Its Asset Condition Assessment And Rating; Its Inventory Updates And Management Of Information In Ramm; Its Renewals, Provision Of Inputs Towards The Forward Works Planning Of Renewals; Installation Of Its Asset Renewals; Stock And Spares Inventory Management; And Flir Software Configuration And Administration. The Contracts Require Suppliers To Have A Depot Based Within Wellington Or Its Surrounding Areas. New Suppliers To The Region Will Need To Provide A Plan For How They Would Establish Themselves Within A Fixed Mobilisation Period. The Plan Should Detail How They Would Secure A Suitable Depot Site And The Resources Needed Deliver This Contract. A Request For Tender For Contract 9908 (Wellington Region Traffic Signals Maintenance) Will Be Released Shortly. Suppliers Will Be Able To Tender For Either Or Both As Individual Contracts As Well As The Option Of Submitting A Combined Tender For Both Contracts.
