Vennesla Municipality Invites An Open Tender In Connection With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Temporary Services Within Educational Personnel For Schools And Kindergartens. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Access To Qualified Personnel In The Event Of Sickness Absence, Termination Of Holiday And Leave When This Is Not Covered By Own Funds. It May Also Be Relevant To Hire Temporary Workers If This Has Been Discussed With The Shop Stewards At The Client. The Framework Agreement Shall Cover All Nurseries And Schools At The Clients Premises, See Annex 1 Of The Clients Requirements Specification Point V For A Complete List Of Locations, And Will At All Times Be In Accordance With The Current Regulations On The Hiring Of Labour. 2 Parallel Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into, Provided That There Is A Sufficient Number Of Suitable Providers And Offers. The Framework Agreement Suppliers Will Be Ranked According To The Outcome Of The Competition. The Supplier At The Top Of The Priority List Must Always Be Contacted First. If Supplier No. 1 Is Unable To Deliver, Supplier No. 2 On The List Must Be Contacted.
