During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Supplier Must Respect The Applicable Legislation, Binding And Valid European And Czech Technical Standards, Safety And Ecological Regulations And User Standards So That The Delivered Delivery Corresponds To Them. The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In More Detail In The Tender Documentation Annexes. The Supply Of Catering Equipment, Which Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Will Be Included. The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Defined By The Model Of The Contract, Which Forms An Appendix To The Procurement Documentation.
