The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Existing Office Building Located At Ul. Imieli 14 In Świętochłowice In Connection With The Need To Consolidate The Activities Of The Social Welfare Center In Świętochłowice Along With Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision. The Basic (Obligatory) Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Execution Of Preparatory Works (Including, Among Others: Fencing Of The Construction Site, Installation Of Information And Warning Boards), - Demolition And Dismantling Works (Including, Among Others, Wall Cladding And Floors, Selected Partition Walls, Floor On The Ground, Internal Joinery, Installation Of Installation Shafts, Suspended Ceilings, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Mechanical And Gravity Ventilation, Water And Sewage Installations) - Reconstruction Of The Building - Adapting The Building To The Statutory Needs Of The Social Welfare Center, Including : • Construction Of Partition Walls, Installation Structures • Construction Of Lintels And New Openings In The Walls Of The Building,  Undercutting Of Beams In Axes 1-6, Which Causes Local Depressions Along The Corridors On All Floors, In Order To Obtain Min. Clear Height 2.0 M,  Adaptation Of The Facility To Fire Safety Requirements And Accessibility For People With Special Needs,  Replacement Of Wall, Floor Coverings And Suspended Ceilings,  Construction Of A New Floor On The Ground,  Replacement Of Internal Joinery,  Replacement Of Selected Windows External, Replacement Of Balustrades And Handrails, Comprehensive Replacement/Construction Of New Sanitary Installations, Including: • Water And Sewage Installations. (Including: Domestic Water Installations, Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage Installations Inside The Building), • Low-Pressure Gravity Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations (For Selected Rooms),  Comprehensive Replacement/Construction Of New Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including: • Building Power Supply, Internal Power Lines, Lighting Installations, Plug Sockets, Power Supply For Devices, Protection Against Electric Shocks, Equipotential Bonding, • Structured Cabling System, • Burglary And Intrusion Detection System (Sswin), • Video Monitoring (Cctv),  Construction Of Installation Shaft Housings,  Construction Of Expansion Joints Shaft Structure And Installation Of A Passenger Lift,  Construction Of The Foundation And Installation Of A Vertical Platform For Disabled People At The Main Entrance,  Demolition Of External Stairs (Descent To The Basement) Along With A Roof,  Reconstruction Of The Stairs To The Basement Along With Making A Hole In The External Wall,  Installation Of A Roof Above The Designed Entrance,  Enlarging The Roof Hatch Opening For The Needs Of A Smoke Exhaust Flap With A Hatch Function,  Hardening - Pedestrian Access To The Stairs And Vertical Lift,  Marking Parking Spaces,  Trimming Bushes Located Along The Façade On The Side Of The Fire Road, To A Height Not Exceeding 3 M, Preventing Access To The Building Facade Using Lifts And Mechanical Ladders, - Making Decorative Graphics - Visual Identification System, - Making A System Of Marking Important Places (Touch Paths), - Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary Equipment, - Transfer Of All Waste Generated During And/Or As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order For Recovery, Management Or Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Law, - All Other Works And/Or Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. - Training Of Designated User Representatives In The Operation And Operation Of Installed Devices, Systems, Etc., - Obtaining A Valid Use Permits.
