The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A System Of Streets: Świt, Poranek, Tęczowa In Rokietnica, Which Provide Communication Services For A Housing Estate Of Single-Family Houses With The Following Lengths: - Road No. 1 Along Ul. Świt – 324.73 M;- Road No. 2 Along Ul. Morning – 116.44 M;- Road No. 3 Along Ul. Tęczowa – 223.28 M; In The Area Of The Connection With Ul. Kolejowa And Koszycy, Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Were Designed As Connections With Existing Sidewalks (At Ul. Kolejowa) And As Accesses To Pedestrian Crossings (At Ul. Koszycy). Access To The Property With A Crushed Stone Surface And Access To The Property With A Concrete Surface Were Also Designed. Paving Stones And Parking Spaces In Parking Bays With A Concrete Paving Stone Surface. In Order To Calm Traffic, It Is Planned To Implement 5 Speed Bumps In Accordance With The Traffic Organization Design. The Designed Surfaces Will Be Limited By Concrete Stops 10X20x100cm, Raised 2 Cm. Concrete Edging 8X30x100cm Was Also Used. The Locations Of The Resistors And Edges Are Shown In The Pzt Drawing And The Site Plan. All Retainers And Edges Should Be Made On A Cement-Sand Ballast And On A Concrete Footing With A C12/15 Concrete Retainer. As Part Of The Task, The Existing Road Reinforcement Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Slabs, 216 M Long, Should Be Dismantled. Pavement Structure The Surface Of Internal Roads Is Designed For Traffic Category Kr2. Subsurface Layers Of Soil, Organic Soil And Uncontrolled Embankments Cannot Constitute A Base For Road Systems. These Layers Need To Be Removed. If It Is Found That There Are Questionable Or Flooded Soils In The Subsoil (To A Depth Of At Least 1.0 M From The Bottom Of The Pavement Structure), The Soil Should Be Replaced With Non-Cohesive Soil With Good Water Permeability (K10≥8 M/Day). Note: In The Scope Of The Roads Being Constructed, The Ordering Party Introduces A Structural Change And Instead Of A Road Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, A Corresponding Kr2 Structure Made Of Asphalt Concrete Should Be Used (Excluding Raised Speed Bumps That Remain Made Of Concrete Stones). The Valuation Should Include An Asphalt Concrete Road Surface. Construction Of The New Street Surface: • Ac 11 S Thick Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course. 4Cm, • Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete Ac 16 W 35/50 Gr. 6Cm,• Base Layer Made Of An Unbound Mixture (Crushed Aggregate), Mechanically Stabilized, With Continuous Grain Size 0/31.5Mm Thick. 20 Cm, • Reinforcing Layer Made Of A Mixture (Natural Aggregate) Bound With A Binder (Concrete Plant Cement) With Rm = 2.5 Mpa Thick. 10 Cm, • Profiling With Compaction Of The Existing G1 Substrate (E2≥80Mpa). The Following Construction Of The Surface Of Parking Spaces And Speed Bumps (Kr2) Was Adopted: • Wearing Layer Of Concrete Paving Stones, Thickness. 8 Cm• Cement-Sand Bedding 1:3, Thickness. 3 Cm• Basic Foundation Made Of Lean Concrete, Thickness. 310 Cm (E2≥130Mpa)• Basic Subbase Made Of A Mixture Unbound With C90/3 Aggregate, Cbr ≥ Min. 60%,Gr. 25 Cm• G1 Soil Subgrade (E2≥80Mpa)The Following Surface Structure Of The Designed Sidewalk Was Adopted:• Wearing Layer Made Of Concrete Paving Stones. 8 Cm• Cement-Sand Bedding 1:3, Thickness. 3 Cm• Basic Subbase Made Of A Mixture Unbound With C90/3 Aggregate, Cbr ≥ Min. 60%,Gr. 25 Cm• G1 Soil Subgrade (E2≥80Mpa)The Following Construction Of The Surfaces For The Planned Accesses To The Property Was Adopted:• Wearing Layer Made Of Concrete Paving Stones. 8 Cm• Cement-Sand Bedding 1:3, Thickness. 3 Cm• Basic Subbase Made Of A Mixture Unbound With C90/3 Aggregate, Cbr ≥ Min. 60%,Gr. 10 Cm• G1 Soil Subgrade (E2≥80Mpa)The Following Surface Structure Was Adopted For The Designed Access Roads To The Property:• Layer Of Crushed Stone. 25 Cm• Separation Geotextile• G1 Soil Subgrade (E2≥80Mpa) E2/E1≤2.2The Required Level Of Load-Bearing Capacity Must Be Ensured During The Construction Of Road Systems And Throughout The Entire Period Of Use Of The Surface. During Construction Works, Control Tests Should Be Carried Out To Confirm The Assumptions Regarding Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Substrate, Assumed During Design. Drainage: The Designed Road Systems Are Planned To Be Drained By Managing Rainwater And Meltwater On The Investors Plots By Discharging The Water Into The Storm Sewage System Using Inlets And Road Sewage. • Rainwater Sewage Network - Plastic Pipelines Solid Pvc-U Pipe Sn8 Dz315 L=291 M, Dz200 L=185 M, Dz160 L=5 M. • Concrete Wells Dn100, 11 Pcs. With D400 Class Hatches, Cast Iron And Concrete. • Concrete Inlets Dn500 With Sedimentation Tank, Leaf Basket, D400 Cast Iron Grate With Anti-Theft Protection, 22 Pcs. • Connection To An Existing Well, 1 Set. Lighting: As Part Of The Lighting, It Is Necessary To Build 17 Lighting Points With 7 M High Round Aluminum Poles And 30 W Fixtures. Note: The Installed Lighting Fixtures Must Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control From A Mobile Device Without Additional Modification Of The Fixture And At The Same Time Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i. Each Fixture Should Be Equipped With A Zhaga Connector. The Lighting Must Be Able To Remotely Turn On And Off The Lighting Fixtures Individually Or In Groups, And Dim On Demand According To A Set Schedule.
