The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Dworcowa And Parkowa Streets In The Town Of Przytoczna Including The Construction Of A Sidewalk And Reconstruction Of Exits. On The Street Dworcowa, Construction Works Will Consist In Building A Sidewalk From Property No. 1 To The Intersection With Ul. Zamkowa Along With The Construction Of Terrain Stairs And Pedestrian Crossings. On The Street Parkowa, As Part Of The Investment, The Construction Of A Sidewalk Was Planned On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Dworcowa To A Multi-Family Building (Plot 207/46). The Width Of The Sidewalk Will Be 1.8–2.5 M. As Part Of The Investment, The Entrances To The Property Will Be Rebuilt With A Concrete Pavement. Within The Intersection Of Ul. Two Pedestrian Crossings Will Be Constructed On Dworcowa And Parkowa Streets To Connect Existing Sidewalks. The Area Between The Sidewalk And The Road Will Be Profiled, Covered With Topsoil And Sown With A Grass Mixture. The Slopes Will Be Reinforced With Openwork Slabs. Attention! - Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Should Be Introduced For The Duration Of The Works. - The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Notifications Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit For The Road Industry. - On Plot No. 214, Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Renovation Of The Asphalt Surface For Ul. Dworcowa. The Deadline For Completing The Task Is June 31, 2024. Before Starting The Reconstruction Of Dworcowa And Parkowa Streets, Including The Construction Of Sidewalks And Reconstruction Of Exits, A Work Schedule Should Be Agreed With The Contractor Of Renovation Works For The Street. Dworcowa. Construction Works Covered By This Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Documentation, I.E. Designs For Reporting Works In The Road Industry, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Traffic Organization Design And Bill Of Quantities.  Wherever A Specific Material Manufacturer Is Mentioned In The Documentation, I.E. In Designs, Bill Of Quantities, Stwior, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials From Another Manufacturer Provided That They Meet The Requirements And Provide Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation, I.E. In Designs, Bill Of Quantities , Story. If The Contractor Includes In The Offer And Then Uses Materials Other Than Those Specified In The Documentation, I.E. In The Designs, Bill Of Quantities, Stwior, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Materials Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party By Submitting Appropriate Documents Confirming The Credibility Of These Materials. The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To Provide Full Geodetic Services During The Implementation Of The Investment And To Prepare As-Built Geodetic Documentation Of The Entire Task. After Completing The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Work Area And Adjacent Road Infrastructure To Its Original Condition.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For All Works Performed Under The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. Note: The Extended Warranty Period Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Chapter Xviii Section. 4 Point 2) Swz.3. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period Granted For The Subject Of The Order. The Granted Warranty Does Not Affect Claims Under The Mandatory Warranty System. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Begins On The Next Day From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract Or From The Date Of Confirmation Of The Removal Of Defects If They Are Found During Final Acceptance. In Case The Above-Mentioned Persons Will Not Have Fluent Knowledge Of The Polish Language For The Period And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
