The Contractors Obligation In The Scope Of Ongoing Operation (Operation) And Maintenance Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant Will Be The Proper Operation And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order, Consisting Of: Protocol Takeover Of The Subject Of The Order And Related Documentation From The Ordering Party. Ensuring The Operation And Maintenance Of The Technological Process Of The Facilities Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Supervision Of The Technology And Achievement Of The Required Effect Of Sewage Pre-Treatment (In Accordance With The Appendix To Swz - Annex No. 8) Operation Of Sewage Pre-Treatment Plants And Sewage Devices (Servicing Devices, Controlling The Use Of Infrastructure). Maintenance And Use Of All Sewage Pre-Treatment Plants In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements Conducting Regular Cleaning Works Within The Pre-Treatment Plant Providing (At Your Own Expense) Consumables Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant Managing Sewage Sludge And Waste From Screen Sand Traps (At Your Own Expense) Preparing Monthly Reports On The Operation Of The Pre-Treatment Plant (Results Of Laboratory Tests Of Pre-Treated Sewage, Current Operation - Used Consumables, Maintenance Work, Breakdowns And Defects) Analysis Of The Above-Mentioned Tests In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Water Permit Keeping Records And Controlling The Amount Of Discharged Industrial Sewage Based On The Readings Of The Flow Meter Referred To In Point Ii Point. 6 Of The Water Law Permit Compliance With The Conditions Of The Granted Water Law Permit For The Discharge Of Pre-Treated Sewage Removing Failures In The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant Eliminating The Causes And Effects Of Deviations Of The Discharged Pre-Treated Sewage From The Applicable Standards From The Treatment Plant Covering The Costs (Fines) For Possible Exceedances Of The Permissible Parameters Of Pre-Treated Sewage Imposed By Local Water And Sewage Company Being Accountable To Environmental Protection Control Institutions Providing Qualified Personnel To Operate The Pre-Treatment Plant, Including: Technologists And Specialists From The Instrumentation And Control Industry Trying To Minimize The Possible Occurrence Of Odor Nuisance Related To The Correct Operation Of The Pre-Treatment Plant Informing The Ordering Party About Each Entry Of Designated Personnel From The Contractor To The Ordering Partys Premises1.2. The Contractors Obligation To Unblock The Sewage System On The Premises Of The Plant Will Be To Provide A Service Consisting In Cleaning And Unblocking Storm And/Or Technological Sewage Manholes Along With Drains Along The Internal Roads Of The Plant Using A Wuko Type Device At The Request Of The Ordering Party. Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Under The Order: Cleaning Of Deposited Silt And Other Contaminants, Regardless Of The Degree Of Siltation; Removal Of Foreign Elements From The Channels; Removal Of Collected Waste, In Particular Selected Sludge And Other Contaminants, Along With Tidying Up The Area And The Workplace; Cleaning And Unblocking Storm Sewage Manholes And Sewers. The Maximum Number Of Calls Under The Contract Is 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Respond To The Call No Later Than 24 Hours After Notification. The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Exact Location Of The Blockage To The Contractor During The Request. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer All Costs Related To The Cleaning And Unblocking Service, Including The Costs Of Travel To The Ordering Party.1.3. The Contractors Obligation In Terms Of Operational Inspections Of Separators Will Be To Properly Maintain And Clean The Separators Located At The Plant, Twice A Year (Spring, Autumn) During The Term Of The Contract, On A Date Agreed With The Ordering Party (After Prior Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or In Writing). Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities As Part Of The Inspection Of Separators Of Petroleum Substances: Cleaning Of Separators, And In Particular: Selecting, Depending On The Specificity Of The Device: Residual, Oily Sand, Water-Oil Mixtures Or Fats, Etc. Removal Of Waste Accumulated In The Devices Resulting From Cleaning; Rinsing And Washing Separators (Including Washing Internal Elements Such As Filters, Floats, Internal Walls, Etc.) Along With Removing Rinsings; Tidying Up The Area Around The Cleaned Device. Inspection Depending On The Type Of Devices: Checking The Technical Condition Of Devices (Elements Equipment); Checking The Patency Of Outlet And Inlet Openings Of Sewage Pipes; Checking Devices For Mechanical Damage; Checking The Operation Of Gate Valves; Checking For Tightness; Checking Filters (Assessment Of The Degree Of Wear, Qualification For Replacement). The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Note In The Book Operation Of A Given Device, The Scope Of Activities Performed (Regarding Cleaning And Inspection) And Determine The Technical Efficiency Of The Device Or Provide Recommendations To Restore Its Efficiency. The Entries Should Be Confirmed By A Legible Signature Of The Person Performing The Activity And The Contractors Company Stamp. The Contractor Becomes The Owner And Holder Of Waste Generated During The Performance Of The Service In Accordance With Art. 3 Points 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended). All Waste Generated During The Performance Of The Service Will Be Removed And Disposed Of By The Contractor In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Scope Of Environmental Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Area During The Duration Of The Service, Until Completion And Acceptance By Persons Designated For This Purpose. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage That Occurred As A Result Of His Actions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Test The Quality Of Rainwater And Meltwater At Least Twice A Year (Spring, Autumn) In Order To Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Maritime Economy And Inland Navigation Of July 12, 2019 On Substances Particularly Harmful To The Environment Water And The Conditions That Must Be Met When Introducing Sewage Into Water Or Land, As Well As When Discharging Rainwater Or Meltwater Into Water Or Water Facilities (Journal Of Laws 2019 Item 1311). The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Each Time After The Service Is Performed, With A Report On The Service Performed, The Results Of The Tests Performed And A Waste Transfer Card.2.
